Most cleaners advertise a price for "maintenance" cleaning and then once inside your home charge for "power scrubbing" or "corrective cleaning". If you ask them to honor their maintenance price they will not. When you get an estimate, let them know your carpets are dirty, have stains, high traffic areas, etc... and find out if the prices change.
